Arvind Gidwani

Arvind Gidwani serves as the Chief Technology Officer of RTS, bringing more than 25 years of global technology leadership and a deep track record in artificial intelligence, cloud innovation, and enterprise-scale digital transformation.

Arvind joins RTS from SAP NS2, where he led the company’s AI Strategy, Delivery Engineering, Cloud Strategy, and Operations across all NS2 solutions. Under his leadership, the organization advanced modernization, operational rigor, and next-generation platform capabilities.

Prior to SAP NS2, Arvind led global infrastructure operations for SAP SuccessFactors, where he re-architected the world’s largest commercial subscription-based SaaS environment. He previously served as CIO of MapR, accelerating the company’s cloud-first strategy, and held senior leadership roles at Oracle overseeing global infrastructure operations for Oracle Managed Cloud.

Across his career, Arvind has built a reputation for designing secure, scalable, high-performance platforms and empowering technology organizations to innovate with speed, quality, and resilience. His experience spans large-scale cloud operations, AI/ML engineering, enterprise applications, and mission-critical system modernization.

Arvind is based in San Diego, California. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and staying engaged with emerging technology trends.
