Derek Risley

Derek Risley serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of RTS, bringing more than 20 years of global leadership experience in revenue growth, P&L management, and digital transformation across the technology and consulting sectors.

Derek joins RTS from Rizing, where he served as CEO/CRO and led a global cloud transformation organization while strengthening the company’s commercial performance. His leadership focus centered on scalable growth, operational discipline, and customer value creation.

Prior to Rizing, Derek served as SVP of Sales for the Americas at Yellow.ai, where he built the North America business and established strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. He has also held senior leadership roles at Yext, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Oracle—consistently driving high-performance teams and delivering measurable results across diverse enterprise markets.

Recognized for his transformational leadership, customer-centric mindset, and ability to scale revenue organizations, Derek brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to high-growth services environments. His experience spans global go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, partner ecosystems, and digital innovation.
