Ariel is an HR professional with over a decade of experience across various positions and industries. In her role, she oversees the Human Resources function and develops human capital management strategies that align with business goals.
She is focused on improving the overall employee lifecycle, strengthening HR practices, and helping individuals and organizations meet their goals.
Building HR Functions Across Complex Organizations
Ariel began her career at GE Power through the Human Resources Leadership Program. She gained diverse experience as an Employee Resources Manager for the Global Projects Organization, an O&TD Specialist during the Alstom integration, and an HR Manager for two manufacturing sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where she led integration efforts post-acquisition.
She later joined Tesla as an HR Partner at the Gigafactory in Reno, Nevada.
Before RTS, Ariel supported Apache Industrial Services as HR Manager and later Director of HR Operations, where she built the employee relations and HRBP functions and supported a Workday implementation.
