Ordering Services Under DIR-CPO-5761

Create the SOW
Agency creates a statement of work using the DIR template.
Submit to RTS
Send the completed and signed SOW to the RTS contract contact.
RTS Responds
RTS submits a response to the agency’s SOW.
Issue the PO
Customer issues a purchase order referencing DIR-CPO-5761.
