Across his career, he has built a reputation for designing secure, scalable, high-performance platforms and empowering technology organizations to innovate with speed, quality, and resilience.
His experience spans large-scale cloud operations, AI and machine learning engineering, enterprise applications, mission-critical system modernization, and next-generation platform capabilities.
Building Secure, Scalable Platforms for Enterprise and Public Sector Environments
Arvind joins RTS from SAP NS2, where he led AI Strategy, Delivery Engineering, Cloud Strategy, and Operations across all NS2 solutions. Under his leadership, the organization advanced modernization, operational rigor, and next-generation platform capabilities.
Prior to SAP NS2, Arvind led global infrastructure operations for SAP SuccessFactors, where he re-architected the world’s largest commercial subscription-based SaaS environment.
He previously served as CIO of MapR, accelerating the company’s cloud-first strategy, and held senior leadership roles at Oracle overseeing global infrastructure operations for Oracle Managed Cloud.
